Estate Planning Attorney - My passion is to help my clients

Amy Hudspeth Cabell, Esq.

Amy Hudspeth Cabell is an estate planning, elder law and health care attorney with 25+ years of experience as hospital and health systems counsel, compliance counsel, regulatory counsel, and research compliance officer with a focus on patients' rights, estate planning and elder law, advance care planning, and clinical and research ethics.

She began her career transition to estate planning and elder law in 2006 when she served as caregiver and health care agent to her parents during which time she converted their home to a medical home, advocated in support of their wishes concerning end-of-life care, and participated in probating their estates.

Passionate about patients' rights to self-determination and the importance of advance care planning even before becoming an attorney, Amy has partnered with Honoring Choices - Massachusetts to help Massachusetts residents select their Health Care Agent(s) and complete the most basic of incapacity planning documents - the Health Care Proxy form.

Amy is currently enrolled in the LL.M. in Elder Law & Estate Planning Program at Western New England University School of Law, to further specialize in this area of law that is so important to so many people.

Amy has a B.S. degree from Cornell University, a MBA  degree from Northeastern University Graduate School of Business Administration, and a J.D.  degree from Northeastern University School of Law.  Amy has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 1993 and has a state-wide practice.

Don't forget to include your pet in your estate plan.
